Corn on the Cob: 4 ea. Corn on the cob in husk 3 Tbs. Butter or margarine. 1 tsp. Tio Antonio's Mesquite Red Chile Rub. 2 oz.. Cotija cheese. Mix butter and Rub together. Roast corn in the husk in grill. Peel husk from corn and butter with seasoned butter. Sprinkle with cheese.
