Corn on the Cob

Corn on the Cob:

  • 4 ea. Corn on the cob in husk
  • 3 Tbs. Butter or margarine.
  • 1 tsp. Tio Antonio's Mesquite Red Chile Rub.
  • 2 oz.. Cotija cheese.
  1. Mix butter and Rub together. 
  2. Roast corn in the husk in grill.
  3. Peel husk from corn and  butter with seasoned butter.
  4. Sprinkle with cheese.
