Corn on the Cob:
- 4 ea. Corn on the cob in husk
- 3 Tbs. Butter or margarine.
- 1 tsp. Tio Antonio's Mesquite Red Chile Rub.
- 2 oz.. Cotija cheese.
- Mix butter and Rub together.
- Roast corn in the husk in grill.
- Peel husk from corn and butter with seasoned butter.
- Sprinkle with cheese.
